Regional Relationship Specialist

Build and strengthen relationships with banking partners, including branch managers and advisors, to support business growth and partnership success Deliver presentations and training sessions on payment solutions, products, and industry developments to key partner stakeholders Identify, develop, and manage new partnership opportunities that generate high-quality sales leads and expand market reach Maintain and grow existing partner relationships by identifying opportunities for increased collaboration and mutual business growth Monitor partnership performance, prepare reports, and provide insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders and management What you'll bring Experience in business development, relationship management, account management, or sales Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build long-term business relationships Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented approach to achieving business objectives Ability to work independently, manage priorities effectively, and collaborate across multiple teams Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region It’s a bonus if you have Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or fintech industries Background in partnership management, channel development, or indirect sales models Experience with CRM and reporting tools such as Pipedrive, Power BI, or similar platforms Additional requirements Basic working knowledge of English Strong customer and partner focus with the ability to represent the company professionally Interest in payment technologies and willingness to continuously develop industry expertise Collaborative mindset and ability to contribute to cross-functional initiatives that drive business growth   About the team Our inclusive and global teams win together every day.
