General mission : Go to customers' homes to ensure after-sales service according to the defined schedule. To give feedback on your mission for customer follow-up. He/she works with his personal safety equipment. He/she collaborates with the other departments of the company.

Technique

Ensure the start-up and troubleshooting of equipment for customers Produce field service reports and archive them in Visual Planning

Customer Service

Provide support to customers on the use and operation of automatic machines, using a combination of a set of troubleshooting techniques.

Maintenance contract

Perform preventive maintenance as provided for in Lincoln Electric's contracts with customers

Communication

Escalate information to your superiors on customer services, in order to improve the operation and profitability of the machines (maintenance, assistance, audits, training, etc.) Transmit technical information to the various departments concerned Job Requirements

Diplomas: Bac+2 in electrical engineering or maintenance   Professional experience: must know how to work with administrative staff, the design office and sales   Technical know-how:

Knowledge of welding/cutting techniques Knowledge of Visual Planning
