These represent a significant portion of the day-to-day work and require candidates with strong production operations, incident management, release management, disaster recovery, and service reliability experience.  Lead production support activities for critical customer-facing applications and services. Coordinate application release activities, deployment planning, implementation execution, and post-release validation. Manage change requests throughout the approval and implementation lifecycle. Lead or coordinate P1 and P2 incident response efforts, including war room facilitation and stakeholder communications Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activities and ensure corrective actions are implemented. Present
