Job Description

We're looking for a Graduate Engineer who is curious, motivated, and ready to learn. How you’ll make a difference: As a Graduate Systems and Safety Assurance Engineer, you'll gain hands-on experience while being supported by experienced mentors and a collaborative team. You'll have the opportunity to: Work on nationally significant transportation and infrastructure projects, helping to deliver safe, reliable, and high-performing systems. Learn from experienced engineers and specialists across Systems Engineering, Human Factors, Reliability, Availability and Maintainability (RAM), and Safety Assurance disciplines. Develop practical skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, requirements management, and systems assurance. Contribute to solving real-world engineering challenges that improve safety, performance, and user experience. Support the development of key project deliverables, including safety documentation, hazard logs, human factors registers, and system safety risk registers. Participate in reliability and safety analyses that help reduce human error and enhance the resilience of critical infrastructure. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and build valuable professional relationships across engineering, operations, and project delivery. This is more than a graduate role.
