About this role

Salary Range: PLN 350,700 - 474,400 + Benefits + Equity

Subject to alignment to the responsibilities and duties of the role.

About the job

Turn Graphcore’s infrastructure telemetry into intelligence that predicts issues before they disrupt AI compute.

As a Data Scientist / Data Analyst, you will transform hardware and infrastructure signals into insight, prediction and automation.

You will work across data centre, system and silicon telemetry, from clusters and networking to power, thermals and error signals. Your models will help detect anomalies, forecast failures and optimise system behaviour.

You will partner with telemetry platform engineers to shape data quality, feature pipelines and analytics foundations. Your work will turn observability systems into data-driven control loops.

This is a rare chance to apply data science close to the hardware. You will help Graphcore build more reliable, efficient and intelligent AI infrastructure.

The team and culture

You will work with telemetry, platform, hardware and software engineers who are solving problems across the full compute stack. The team moves from signal to action quickly, using data to guide engineering decisions.

Ownership matters here. You will define patterns, challenge assumptions and turn complex telemetry into decisions engineers can trust.

Decisions are shaped by evidence, technical judgement and open debate. You will be expected to speak up, act fast and take responsibility for outcomes.

What we're looking for

• BSc, MSc or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.

• Strong experience analysing time-series data and large-scale telemetry datasets.

• Proficiency in Python, including NumPy, Pandas, SciPy or machine learning frameworks.

• Experience with anomaly detection, predictive modelling, forecasting or signal processing techniques.

• Familiarity with observability stacks, monitoring systems and time-series databases such as Prometheus or InfluxDB.

• Clear communication skills, with the ability to turn data insights into engineering action.

While we have outlined a set of requirements, we value transferable skills and diverse experiences. If you meet most of our essential criteria, we encourage you to submit an application and showcase how your background makes you a strong candidate.

Benefits

• Flexible working: Balance your work and personal life with greater flexibility

• Comprehensive healthcare and dental cover: Premium medical and dental insurance, with the option to extend cover to your family

• Phantom equity: Share in Graphcore’s success

• Fitness and wellbeing support: A fully funded Medicover gym card, giving you access to a wide range of gyms, fitness classes and leisure centres
