You'll balance thoroughness with efficiency — every case matters, and so does every minute. Conduct investigations as per SOP 2. Take appropriate action to identify and help - minimize the risk posed by fraud or abuse patterns and trends 3. Consistently achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets and quality standards for investigations 4. Knowledge to systematically escalate problems or variance in the information 5. Experience to follow through on the resolutions to ensure they are delivered 6. Participate in ad-hoc projects and assignments as necessary
