Denials Optimization Senior Analyst We are looking for a Denials Optimization Senior Analyst to join the Denials Optimization & Process Efficiencies team. In this role, the Denials Optimization Senior Analyst will support revenue cycle performance improvement by analyzing denial trends, identifying root causes, and contributing to process improvements that reduce manual effort and improve key operational KPIs. This individual will focus on supporting researching payer-specific issues and identifying opportunities to improve outcomes.

The Team

The Denials Optimization & Process Efficiencies team is responsible for reducing operational friction, lowering cost per claim, and improving denial outcomes across the revenue cycle. The team partners closely with Operations, Business Intelligence, Training, Quality, and Technology teams to identify automation opportunities and standardize best‑in‑class workflows. Using data-driven insights and pilot-led experimentation, the team delivers scalable solutions that reduce manual workload and improve efficiency across payer and client programs.

Job Responsibilities

Analyze denial performance data, including payer-specific trends, to identify issues and drivers of denials Investigate root causes and support opportunities to improve payer outcomes and reduce rework Assist in developing and executing targeted interventions and workflow improvements Support payer-focused analyses and research to identify alternative approaches to resolving denial challenges Partner with cross-functional teams to support workflow updates and process improvements Communicate findings through clear summaries and reporting Typical Qualifications 1+ years in denial management, revenue cycle, or similar role Experience analyzing data and supporting process improvements Strong communication and collaboration skills Exposure to payer workflows or denial categories Familiarity with AI and data tools   Expected Compensation $50,000 - $86,000 The base salary range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to maximum.
