Senior Customer Service Specialist

Provide frontline customer and technical support to patients using the Oracle Health Patient Portal. Assess and resolve inquiries through phone and electronic channels, perform basic application troubleshooting, document customer interactions, and appropriately triage or escalate unresolved issues while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
