About this role
We are looking for a motivated Style (Housekeeping) Supervisor to join the W Prague team. What you’ll do
Supervise daily housekeeping and laundry operations. Inspect guestrooms and public areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Coordinate room assignments, supplies, equipment, and uniforms. Lead, train, and support the housekeeping team. Handle guest concerns and ensure exceptional service. Monitor standards, budgets, inventory, and operational efficiency. Create a positive, collaborative team environment and recognize great performance. What we’re looking for
High school diploma/GED + 2 years of housekeeping or related experience OR a relevant 2-year hospitality/business degree. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Customer-focused and solution-oriented attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced luxury hotel environment. Good knowledge of housekeeping and laundry operations.
