Sr. Systems Analyst, Finance Systems (Zuora)

The Sr Systems Analyst, Finance Systems plays a critical role in enhancing the integrity, security, and efficiency of our financial systems, with a primary focus on Subscription Management & Revenue Recognition within Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue. This position is essential for aligning our subscription billing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting systems with strategic organizational objectives. Within the IT Business Systems team, you will collaborate closely with global finance, sales, and other business systems teams to drive impactful enhancements that support overall financial strategy and business growth.

Things You’ll Do

• Serve as the go-to expert for Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue, driving platform governance, system configuration, functional design, process and system optimization.

• Triage issues, identify required bug fixes and prioritize incidents in partnership with users, and third-party resources.

• Adhere to all aspects of the SDLC, including QA and UAT.

• Build custom solutions using in-app Zuora functionality (Workflows, automations) alongside API tools like Postman. Map data pathways to troubleshoot upstream and downstream data issues while designing
