Red Chris is an open-pit copper-gold mine in the famous Golden Triangle of northern British Columbia, situated on the traditional territory of the Tahltan Nation. As a fly-in, fly-out operation, Red Chris is reached via charter flights from multiple locations in BC and Alberta, with teams working on a rotational schedule. Currently an active open-pit producer, Red Chris is poised for an exciting transformation – we are developing a high-value underground block cave that will extend the mine’s life for decades and unlock even more resources. The remote location fosters a close-knit “camp” community where safety and teamwork come first. Red Chris is a gold and copper mine located in Tahltan Territory in northern British Columbia. As an Experienced Project Controls Planner, you will play an important role in developing, maintaining and monitoring detailed project schedules that provide clear visibility of project progress, priorities, dependencies, constraints and schedule risks. You will collaborate closely with project teams, contractors and other stakeholders to maintain accurate planning information, identify potential schedule impacts and support informed project decision-making.
