Senior Engineer Material Engineering

Work closely with local and global counterparts to identify localization and cost reduction opportunities and create innovative ideas proactively for assembly and packing materials. Your role Key responsibilities in your new role 1. Work closely with local and global counterparts to identify localization and cost reduction opportunities and create innovative ideas proactively for assembly and packing materials. 2. Lead material localization and continuous cost reduction projects at Wuxi with team collaboration and fast implementation. 3. Create and review material related specifications/documents and maintain in system. 4. Participantin material suppliers' visit and audit and be responsible for technical assessment reports. 5. Provide material expertise and knowledge to support others in daily work. 6. Work as technical contact window for material engineering topics at Wuxi. 7. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed 1. Bachelor degree or above with engineering background, high-polymer material related is preferred. 2. More than 5 years' of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry. 3. Experienced on material characterization and analysis. 4. Solid knowledge of DOE, FMEA, 8D, control plan etc. and change management experience. 5. General project management skills and be passionate for cross teamworking environment. 6. Strong communication skill in both Chinese & English (oral andwritten). 7. Good work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive personality. #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
