As the Country Director of Finance - Sri Lanka, you’re not just overseeing all hotel financial operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

The Country Director of Finance - Sri Lanka is accountable for their portfolio of hotels in respect of understanding and driving financial performance and is responsible to perform all finance activities within the policy, regulatory and contractual framework.

The role will business partner with the General Managers and has accountability for developing excellent working relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a robust control, compliant environment and enables the value proposition which is attractive to existing and new owners.
