The Production Associate I is responsible for operating machinery, assembling filtration products with precision and care, and conducting quality checks to ensure product standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to producing high-quality filtration products, while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient workspace. This position reports to the Production Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing & Operations team located in Timonium, MD , and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate with skilled teams in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment to support customers. Operate advanced manufacturing equipment and contribute to process improvements. Participate in training and development programs. The essential requirements of the job include: High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy/industrial manufacturing environment or other relatable experience. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to operate manufacturing equipment and machinery, assemble products according to detailed specifications (weighing, measuring, simple mathematical calculations), and work effectively with a team to follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push and pull for long periods of time. Able to climb a ladder and flex the upper and lower body. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience with: Machinery, noise, and repetitive tasks Computer proficiency Quality Inspection Shift: 3rd Shift hours are 11:00pm-7:30am Sunday - Thursday. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
