About the Team
Enterprise Services and Public Affairs seeks to enhance and protect the reputation of Citi, its businesses and the brand through direct and indirect communication with Citi's various stakeholders, including our colleagues. The Global Communications team is a nimble group in Enterprise Services and Public Affairs that covers a broad scope of responsibilities, ranging from executive communications and public engagements to quarterly earnings and corporate reputation programs as well as communications that support our lines of business. The nature of the work provides a dynamic environment where members of the team serve as company spokespeople to media, drive engagement with colleagues and develop external and internal digital communications for a global workforce of more than 200,000 colleagues. Vice President, Production Systems and Workflow , Creative and Media Services (C13) Citi's Creative and Media Services team is looking for a systems thinker who finds genuine satisfaction in making a complex creative operation run like clockwork. In this role you will support the systems and workflows that keep the team running efficiently — ensuring that the processes, platforms, and tools supporting content creation and delivery are well-designed, consistently applied, and continuously improving. This role will serve as an operational bridge across disciplines, identifying friction points, implementing scalable solutions, and enabling the team to execute at a higher level. The ideal candidate combines a deep understanding of production operations with a systems-oriented mindset and the right interpersonal skills to drive adoption and alignment across a multi-disciplined creative team. Responsibilitie s Design, document, and continuously improve the end-to-end workflows that govern how projects move through the production, creative, and infrastructure functions of the team. Identify operational bottlenecks, redundancies, and gaps across the content creation and delivery pipeline and develop practical, scalable solutions to address them. Partner with the VP, Creative Technology and VP, Content Delivery to align production, post-production, and delivery workflows into a cohesive operational model — working together to drive efficiency and maintain a degree of quality. Partner closely with colleagues in the Technology organization to ensure that all systems and platform integrations adhere to required enterprise processes, while also engaging as a collaborative partner in identifying new tools and capabilities that advance the team's creative and operational goals. Manage the onboarding, configuration, and ongoing administration of key production SaaS platforms, including project management tools, content review systems, and collaboration platforms. Develop and maintain department-wide workflow documentation, process guides, and standard operating procedures that support consistency and scalability across all outputs. Support the integration of new tools and technologies into existing workflows, coordinating with infrastructure and creative stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions.
