Join our Team About the opportunity We are looking for a Reliability Engineer based in Beijing to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to component reliability across product development by supporting component selection, reliability certification, risk assessment, testing, failure analysis, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure components meet reliability expectations for new scenarios, technologies, and processes.
What you will do
Drive the reliability part of component selection and technical specification. Lead reliability certification for newly introduced components, including defining standards, schemes, risk conclusions, and improvement actions based on product application scenarios. Assess reliability risks and perform component testing to identify weak points in new scenarios, technologies, and processes. Design and verify component-level reliability schemes and resolve reliability issues in pre-development and project execution. Conduct component failure analysis and participate in design improvement and reliability audits of component manufacturers. Coach component testers and failure analysts to perform testing and failure analysis tasks effectively. Contribute to continuous improvement of component selection, reliability certification, reliability risk assessment processes, and capability building. The skills you bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably from a leading university, in Material Physics, Material Engineering, Component Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Microelectronics, Packaging, or a related field. Knowledge of component reliability, reliability testing, risk assessment, certification, and failure analysis. Ability to communicate with integrity, present information clearly, and structure complex topics effectively. Strong collaboration skills and a proactive approach to working with others.
