FAB - Kitter Floater - 1st shift

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS PDCAD division is currently seeking a FAB - Kitter Floater - 1st shift. This position is based at our Arden, NC location. The hourly rate for this position is $21.00 per hour. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.  What you’ll do: 
 The Fabrication Operator will flex to fill multiple roles as needed: kit copper according to GO for delivery; operate a copper EHRT or bending copper on the brake/EHRT bender; coordinate manufacturing schedules to effectively meet customer requirements and company commitments for product/service quality and timeliness. They will also assist other operators in their work as directed/required.   In this function you will: •    Utilize DMM, Enovia, kit assigned item self-manufactured materials  •    Review status of orders and materials to identify future requirements •    Review the status of material shortages with fabrication supervisor/team lead •    Process surplus and/or non-conforming material according to procedures •    Observe all safety regulations as specified or directed •    Maintain a clean, orderly and safe workplace •    Establish part and process intimacy for assigned area and material •    Assist and/or fill gaps in copper shop if needed to meet production requirements Qualifications: 
 •    High School Diploma or G.E.D. from an accredited institution •    Computer experience – Microsoft Excel, MAPICS, DMM and Enovia •    Forklift certified or ability to obtain forklift certification •    Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
