We are looking for recent graduates and early-career professionals who have completed their university studies and are interested in building their careers in the Chemicals and Natural Resources industries. Depending on your interests, skills, and project opportunities, you will have the chance to gain experience across different areas of consulting and gradually develop your own area of expertise. THE WORK: No two days at Accenture are alike, but your typical day may include: Work with Chemicals and Natural Resources clients on business, operational, and technology transformation initiatives. Analyze business processes, operational performance, data, and client challenges to identify improvement opportunities. Support the development of recommendations, business cases, presentations, reports, and other client deliverables. Participate in client workshops, interviews, meetings, and working sessions. Work with experienced consultants and industry specialists to solve complex business problems. Support projects across areas such as operations, supply chain, procurement, capital projects, sustainability, SAP, data and analytics, AI, or Change Management , depending on your interests and project needs. Research industry trends, technologies, and emerging solutions relevant to Chemicals and Natural Resources. Collaborate within multidisciplinary and internationally distributed teams. Build your knowledge of the Chemicals and Natural Resources industries while developing consulting, analytical, and technology skills. Work flexibly in a hybrid and remote environment, collaborating with international teams and clients across Europe and beyond, with occasional onsite work depending on project needs. HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Completed university degree in a relevant field such as business, economics, engineering, technology, data, finance, supply chain, management, or a related discipline. Interest in Chemicals, Mining, Metals, Forest Products, Building Materials, or other asset-intensive industries . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to structure complex information, draw conclusions, and communicate them clearly. Curiosity and willingness to learn about new industries, technologies, and business areas. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Internship or initial professional experience in consulting, industry, technology, engineering, finance, supply chain, project management, or another relevant area. Previous exposure to Chemicals or Natural Resources industries. Interest or initial experience in areas such as SAP, AI, data and analytics, Change Management, supply chain, procurement, operations, sustainability, or capital projects . Experience working with data, preparing analysis, presentations, dashboards, or business cases. Knowledge of tools such as Excel, Power BI, SAP, Python, or other analytical and business applications. International study or work experience. Advanced or fluent proficiency in German, French, Spanish. IDEAL CANDIDATE A curious and motivated early-career professional who has
