The Transformation Team The Transact to Deliver (TTD) Transformation team within Global Business Solutions is focused on driving a disruptive shift in strategy, structure, systems, processes and technology across the enterprise.  We strive to be global strategic business partners, delivering world class Finance and Accounting transformational solutions. As a member of the TTD transformational team, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide a fresh perspective and deliver business results.  You will gain cutting edge technology experience (SAP S4 Hanna) and cross functional exposure that will allow you the flexibility to manage and develop your career.  Who We’re Looking For We are seeking bold innovators who are willing to respectfully share their ideas, listen to others, and challenge the status quo. Being self-motivated, while also collaborating cross-functionally, is valued.  As a Member of the TTD Team, You Will Meet with multiple levels of the organization across different business functions to identify, understand, and document business processes related to Product Cost and Inventories Facilitate discussions with business and IT stakeholders to identify current state pain points and business requirements for improved future state operations Develop process improvement, system implementation, and project management skills Collaborate with Transformation workstreams to implement standards for master data management and process improvements leveraging digital solutions Develop system requirements, prepare user acceptance test plans, assist with performing testing, support technology deployments, and perform hyper-care activities Gain cutting edge technology experience (SAP S4 Hanna) and cross functional exposure that will allow you the flexibility to manage and develop your career.

Key Responsibilities

Lead key areas of the Global Product Cost transformational roadmap projects using Agile approach (Planning, Design, UAT, Training, Change Management, Implementation, Customer Experience, and Hypercare) Assess current state processes and develop future state system requirements/ processes to drive efficiencies, standardization, improve customer experience with the objective of best in class Solutioning of pain points Interact and effectively present ideas to leadership Develop and present training materials to a global audience Develop standardized reporting tools and dashboards to enhance customer experience Build relationships and effectively work with Transformation, Information Technology, Business Units, Controllership and Finance Organizations Provide customer support and drive the utilization of new toolsets and technology throughout the organization Support Business during go live and hyper-care Direct and/or indirect supervision of implementation teams and business resources Lead and/or support special projects including process improvements, scope determination, stakeholder communications, project deliverables and timeline adherence Drive integration across the transformation teams and integrated ecosystem Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with major in accounting, finance, IT, business administration or related 5­ years in finance or accounting experience Experience/knowledge of SAP preferably in S4 Hana financial system functionality
