Job Description
We are seeking a Business Strategy Associate to support the Business Strategy/Business Support Office within GPS Global Corporate Sales organization. This individual will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, supporting governance and risk remediation Partner with Business Strategy Executive to deliver on the global sales strategy, including growth initiatives, client coverage, and operational efficiency Track progress against strategic goals and key performance indicators, preparing materials for senior leadership and governance forums Support global and regional projects, ensuring alignment across business units Develop, maintain, and enhance management reporting, dashboards and scorecards for sales leadership Provide analysis and insights on pipeline, client trend overall business performance to help in decision making Coordinate preparation of executive updates, town halls, quarterly business reviews, senior leadership calls Assist in the execution of risk and compliance related initiatives (i.e. SIAI, Audit Reviews, Sales forms validation) Monitor adherence to policies and escalate issues where appropriate Streamline processes to improve efficiencies Partners with Treasury Sales Executives and key partners to align on business priorities Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in a sales support role Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skill Strong analytical and problem solving skills Ability to synthesize data into insights Excellent communication and presentation skills Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple project and deadlines Desired Qualifications: Generative AI proficiency, AI enabled workflow automation/excel automation Skills: Attention to Detail Collaboration Prioritization Reporting Business Process Analysis Continuous Improvement Data Visualization Data and Trend Analysis Issue Management Adaptability Business Analytics Business Case Review Strategy Planning and Development Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours Per Week: 40 Pay Transparency details US - NY - New York - ONE BRYANT PARK - BANK OF AMERICA TOWER (NY1100) Pay and benefits information Pay range $85,500.00 - $114,100.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
