Regional HSE Manager – Northern

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Providing leadership to multi sites across Northern Region – comprising of 12 branches across Queensland, New Zealand and Papa New to promote Work Health, Safety & Environment best practices and continuous improvement.

Builds strong relationships across functions to ensure the organization drives a strong interdependent HSE culture.

Manages planning actions to set targets and objectives for the site and drives actions to completion.

Leads an effective support model throughout the site through training, skills development and internal communications.

Provide support with risk management and risk mitigation to ensure effective controls are in place.

Managing workers' compensation matters, including rehabilitation, case management, and return-to-work programs.

Engage in visible leadership with site presence and engagement to ensure compliance with Safe Systems of Work.

Leads work cross-functionally as required to resolve work-related incidents, non-compliances, non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions driving continual improvement within the site(s).

Supports the business with legal and internal auditing programs.

Actively seeks opportunities for self-development through professional health, safety and environmental organizations, as a champion of emerging trends
