Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our team in Uniontown, OH. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Engineering professional to lead a cross-functional Integrated Product Team (IPT) in developing next-generation Ice Protection, Potable Water, and Specialty Heated products. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Program Management Team (PMT) and key engineering functions to drive full lifecycle project execution by preparing and monitoring project schedules, coordinating deliverables and personnel, leading teams to overcome challenges, and ensuring all tasks remain within scope and budget. This is an onsite position in Uniontown, Ohio.

Serve as the technical primary point of contact for the Project Management Team (PMT) Plan and execute projects while ensuring adherence to internal and external program requirements across all phases of the lifecycle. Oversee Earned Value Management (EVM) activities, including schedule and cost performance (SPI/CPI) reporting, and contribute to the development of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for small to medium-sized programs. Lead weekly project reviews to monitor progress, assess status, and evaluate operational performance, while identifying risks, barriers, and mitigation strategies. Enable clear communication and alignment among leadership, engineering teams, and functional organizations to achieve project objectives. Act as a cross-discipline facilitator, fostering alignment with project goals and objectives both internally and externally. Conduct risk assessments, develop mitigation plans, and address project challenges by recommending and implementing effective solutions. Analyze performance trends, cost data, resource needs, and forecasting reports to support informed decision-making and optimize project outcomes. Ensure compliance with company processes, AS9100 standards, and support Project Management/Engineering discipline initiatives to enhance project execution. Participate in group meetings, teleconferences, and required training sessions. Maintain the flexibility to travel up to 15% as needed.

You Must Have: Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of experience
