HP Worldwide Additive Manufacturing Financial Analyst Description - Job Summary: This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to HP Additive Manufacturing (AM) (3D) business, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed and builds productive relationships.

Manage worldwide P&L for HPAM with end to end responsibilities. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives (Supply Chain, OPEX or Warranty). Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope. Performs complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or business, utilizing strong business understanding to achieve objectives effectively. Leads and drives business initiatives, overseeing analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance. Forecasts financial results within a broad scope and identifies opportunities for process improvement and policy development, actively engaging in their design and implementation. Represents the business unit during or cross-functional planning processes. Represents the organization to external customers and clients. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

Recommended: Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Typically has 5 -7 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
