About your team The Altersvorsorgedepot team is building one of our most strategic new product propositions, creating a scalable, compliant and customer-centred retirement offering that will shape how clients invest for their future. As part of the Operations team, you will support the effective running of this new proposition by ensuring that operational processes, regulatory requirements and customer-related special cases are handled accurately, efficiently and in line with German retirement product requirements. About your role As an Operations Specialist for the Altersvorsorgedepot, you are responsible for running and supporting operational special cases linked to the German regulatory framework and ZfA-related procedures. This includes complex or non-standard operational topics such as Versorgungsausgleich, subsidy-related failures, product migrations and other lifecycle events that require strong process understanding, attention to detail and close coordination across Operations, Proposition, Technology and control functions. You will contribute to the stable, compliant and scalable delivery of the Altersvorsorgedepot operating model by ensuring that special cases are processed consistently, documented properly and improved over time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operational special cases for the Altersvorsorgedepot. Process Versorgungsausgleich, subsidy failures and product migrations. Ensure compliance with German regulation and ZfA procedures. Support onboarding, servicing and lifecycle management processes. Investigate operational issues and coordinate resolution. Work with Operations, Proposition, Technology and control teams. Maintain process documentation, work instructions and evidence. Support testing and operational readiness for new processes. Identify improvements for recurring special cases and exceptions. Contribute to a scalable and high-quality operating model.
About you
You are detail-oriented, reliable and motivated to build expertise in a regulated financial services environment. You may already have experience in operations or service delivery, but motivated graduates, career starters or career changers with a strong interest in operational processes, regulation and customer service are also encouraged to apply. You enjoy working accurately with complex cases and collaborating across teams. Key Skills & Experience: Interest in financial services operations and regulated products. Ability to handle detailed operational tasks accurately. Motivation to learn German regulation and ZfA procedures. Strong sense of ownership and reliability in day-to-day execution. Good coordination skills across teams and stakeholders. Analytical mindset and willingness to improve processes. Comfortable working in an evolving new product environment.
