Kyndryl is seeking an experienced Operations Engineer to support and manage mission-critical banking platforms across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in Platform Engineering, DevOps, CI/CD, Observability, Container Platforms, and Infrastructure Operations. This role requires a technically strong engineer capable of providing L2/L3 support, driving operational stability, automating platform management activities, and supporting cloud-native application deployments. The candidate should have practical experience with Azure Cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift, GitHub, Infrastructure Automation, Unix/Linux and Windows Server administration.

Provide L2/L3 technical support for mission-critical banking applications and platforms. Lead investigation and resolution of production incidents, service outages, and performance issues. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive and corrective actions. Support platform engineering activities across cloud and hybrid environments. Build, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Support Terraform-based infrastructure deployments and operational changes. Manage and support container platforms including Kubernetes, OpenShift, and AKS. Monitor platform health, availability, performance, and capacity using enterprise observability tools. Automate operational tasks using scripting and DevOps practices. Collaborate with Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Application Support teams. Support release, deployment, patching, and platform upgrade activities. Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles. Participate in on-call support and major incident management processes. Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD support. Experience supporting Kubernetes/OpenShift platforms. Experience working with observability and monitoring tools. Hands-on experience administering Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments. Experience supporting enterprise applications in production environments. Exposure to Azure Cloud operations and Terraform deployments.
