About the Department: The Advisor Digital Solutions Technology team develops and supports the Portfolio Analytics Tool (PAT), a platform that helps financial professionals create more informed client portfolios through analytics, diagnostics, and investment insights. The team partners closely with Portfolio Solutions, Internal Sales, product owners, and engineering teams to deliver business-critical digital capabilities. How You Will Add Value?
Core Responsibilities
You will design and develop software solutions that meet business needs. You will build and enhance full-stack applications, services, and APIs. You will participate in sprint planning, release planning, and prioritization. You will perform coding, testing, code reviews, and performance optimization. You will support application deployments, releases, and production operations. You will write unit tests and maintain high code quality standards. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver solutions. Strategic Responsibilities: You will identify opportunities to leverage artificial intelligence capabilities. You will evaluate and recommend scalable technology solutions. You will improve workflows through automation and intelligent processes. You will apply prompt engineering techniques to solve complex problems. You will research emerging technologies and industry trends. You will integrate and monitor artificial intelligence solutions in production. You will contribute to technical innovation and continuous improvement. Team & Collaboration: You will partner with product owners, engineers, and technical leaders. You will collaborate across teams, regions, and business functions. You will engage stakeholders to understand processes and requirements. You will coordinate testing activities and user acceptance support. You will contribute to coding standards and development best practices. What Will Help You Be Successful in This Role?
Experience
4+ years of software development experience. Experience working in Agile delivery environments. Experience supporting production applications and issue resolution. Asset Management industry experience is an advantage. Education & Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Skills: React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js. MongoDB and database design principles. RESTful APIs and web services. Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Amazon Web Services (AWS). DevOps tools and practices. Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
