Job Description Here is what you will be doing: Lead and deliver architectural discipline involvement across data centre projects, ensuring effective coordination and quality outcomes Develop comprehensive design solutions for data centre infrastructure, including detailed calculations, technical drawings, and engineering reports Conduct thorough design reviews and ensure compliance with design briefs, technical specifications, and industry standards Manage design coordination across architecture and cross-disciplinary teams to ensure integrated and cohesive solutions Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, providing guidance on design methodologies and best practices Independently execute all tasks necessary to complete design works, from concept through to detailed documentation and construction administration Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including technical specifications, construction drawings, and as-built records Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and resolve technical queries Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and data centre industry standards Participate in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery of design outputs Review and approve construction activities to ensure adherence to approved designs and quality standards Qualifications BArch or BSc in Architecture.
