What You Can Expect
The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for managing and processing orders, communicating and working effectively and efficiently with customers and team members.
Reports to: Associate Manager - Commercial Operations F&A.
This job is performed in a distribution / warehouse environment and requires working from the office. This is a full-time position and it may reasonably require additional hours during the week and weekend; specific requirements will be determined with the Manager.
How You'll Create Impact
• Accepting shipments and goods into the warehouse.
• Receiving and inspection of materials, work-in-progress, finished parts and assemblies, and completion of associated paperwork for final release of product to the field.
• Visual inspections per documented specifications.
• Generate accurate documentation of measured characteristics for non-conformance to specifications and identify product appropriately per procedures.
• Maintaining acceptable levels of stock on the shelf at all times.
• Processing orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Receiving medical devices and completion of associated documentation.
• Picking and checking of customer product orders.
• Packaging and labeling of implants and instruments.
• Packing slip and shipping label creation.
• Assembling and checking of product kits for release to the field.
• Any other duties as required by management.
Physical requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate with individuals internal and external to the organization. The employee frequently is required to move about the facility when onsite. The employee may be required to lift up to 15 lbs. by themselves.
