The Purpose of Your Role As a senior engineering leader, you will combine deep technical expertise with a passion for mentoring, coaching, and growing engineering talent. You will partner closely with other engineering, architecture, and product leaders to shape technical direction, influence platform strategy, and ensure the teams you lead are aligned on the engineering approaches, standards, and best practices that guide how work gets done. With Technology Foundations being a common solutions organization, it is critical you bring a good blend of technical, process and associate development knowledge to be successful.
