The role also ensures compliance with financial controls and regulatory requirements while preparing reports and supporting finance-related activities for clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role: Process and validate vendor invoices, ensuring accurate and timely data entry, expense recording, and coordination with account teams for invoice verification. Manage the Accounts Payable mailbox by reviewing, categorizing, and resolving all daily communications, including invoices, payment inquiries, and statements of account. Process vendor payments within agreed timelines, monitor outstanding payables, manage vendor communications, and prepare related payment reports. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain compliance with financial controls, procurement-to-pay processes, and regulatory requirements (SOC1, SOC2, SOX). Prepare accruals and accounts payable reports, monitor key financial metrics, and provide ad hoc financial reporting support to clients and corporate finance About You: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related business field, with accounting graduates preferred. CPA licensure is an advantage but not required. Open to fresh graduates, with 1 to 2 years of accounting or finance experience preferred. Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication, multitasking, and prioritization skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with offshore finance teams and operations stakeholders. Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
