SDAs will be dedicatedly working with Cvent’s Enterprise clients and shall be responsible for implementing their event requirements in Cvent software and provide support for the entire event life cycle. In addition, they will be required to prospect, gain proficiency in the Events Solution, drive Platform adoption and up sell their accounts. This job involves the person to learn all the features of the Events tool including OnArrival to support the onsite setup. In This Role, You Will: Work independently on Event Projects for dedicated Enterprise clients Implement the information provided by the client and suggest best practices with ideal solutions Work closely with Project Manager and the team in a Project Management environment Work with other departments such as Sales, Creative, Technology, and Crowd Compass Produce client deliverables such as event registration website, onsite setup, Track time spent on projects and report it in SF repository system Manage large scale
