About this role: The Shipping & Receiving Manager leads the receiving, warehousing and shipping operations at a Carrier manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient inbound/outbound flow, inventory accuracy and trade compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Manages receiving, warehousing and shipping of materials and finished goods. Ensures inventory accuracy and on-time delivery performance. Leads and develops a team of wage employees to execute receipt and shipment of raw materials and finished goods. Coordinates with carriers and customs brokers on domestic and international logistics. Optimizes loading, unloading and documentation processes. Ensures compliance with DOT safety and US trade/customs regulations (CBP, C-TPAT, USMCA).
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. 5+ years of shipping/receiving/warehouse experience, including team leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or a related field. Proven ability to manage inbound/outbound flow, inventory accuracy and on-time delivery. Strong knowledge of WMS/ERP systems and warehouse operations. Working knowledge of US trade/customs compliance (CBP, C-TPAT, USMCA) and DOT safety. Experience coordinating carriers and customs brokers for domestic and international freight. Experience in high-growth or fast-paced manufacturing environments. Knowledge of US customs, C-TPAT and USMCA. Experience leading and supervising operational teams. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $96,000.00 - $192,000.00 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include, but are not limited to, skills, education, experience, and other unique qualifications of the successful candidate. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short-term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
