PRIMARY FUNCTION: As a Senior Specialist, Procurement Ops, you will support and execute day-to-day procurement operations required to create, maintain, publish, discontinue, and archive services and product catalogs across the procurement landscape. This role partners with business teams to execute contract lifecycle activities, maintain catalog data, manage purchase orders, support vendor setup and payment requests, and ensure compliance with established procurement and accounting practices. PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Execute service contract amendments and catalog-building activities with accuracy, ensuring service and product details are aligned with contract terms and procurement requirements. Manage vendor prequalification activities in accordance with Target standards to support future awards, bidding readiness, and supplier compliance. Initiate supplier enablement in SAP by coordinating required supplier information and supporting timely setup for procurement transactions. Upload executed legal documents into Ariba, ensuring contract records are complete, accurate, and available for ongoing administration and reference. Create penalty charges for work orders not serviced at store locations by validating service exceptions and following established chargeback processes. Update and maintain service information in Maximo to support accurate work order creation, service execution, and operational reporting. Research and resolve issues related to pricing, Maximo, Ariba, work orders, store queries, and service contracts; support Legal and internal teams with contract documentation during claims or location-specific inquiries. Create monthly purchase orders in SAP by reviewing required inputs and ensuring timely and accurate purchase order generation. Partner extensively with vendors, business teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather item assets, service attributes, and supporting information required to maintain accurate procurement records. JOB REQUIREMENTS MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Graduate in any discipline. 0–2 years of procurement, operations, or related business experience with exposure to process execution, data management, or vendor support activities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to review information, identify issues, and support timely resolution. Effective communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, follow up on open items, and work with cross-functional partners. Comfortable working with data, including validating inputs, cleaning records, and identifying insights to support procurement decisions and operational accuracy. Ability to own assigned processes end-to-end, maintain accuracy, and communicate progress, risks, and updates with US-based partners. Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve issues, gather inputs, and support business outcomes.
