You design the backbone of complex systems by translating stakeholder needs into clear system requirements and a robust system architecture. Working closely with software, hardware, mechanical, test, safety, and cybersecurity teams, you ensure solutions are consistent, traceable, and ready for integration Responsibilities
Build and maintain the Product System Requirements Specification by deriving, atomizing, and clarifying requirements with stakeholders. Document and manage system requirements in the requirements tool (e.g., DOORS), including attributes, links, updates, and change impact. Define and design the system architecture, including internal and external interfaces, and derive architectural requirements from system requirements. Ensure traceability and compliance for functional safety and cybersecurity, including safety mechanisms, safe states, and allocation of requirements. Support integration and verification by contributing to system integration strategies, resolving requirement defects, and supporting test definition and execution. Experience Requirements
Experience in system requirements engineering, including requirements writing methods and best practices. Hands-on knowledge of requirements management tools such as DOORS, and change/problem management tools (e.g., ALM). Strong background in system architecture design, including methodologies and best practices. Expertise in functional safety and cybersecurity, including ISO 26262, ISO 21434, FMEA, FTA, and hazard/risk analysis. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across disciplines and resolve conflicts effectively Equal Opportunity Employer
