The Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (C-UAS) organization is seeking to hire 2 Program Managers, to act as the Multi-Function RF Systems (MFRFS) Radar Production Leads. This position will directly report to the MFRFS Product Area Lead and is responsible in overseeing the execution of the critical and rapid DoD US Army JUON Mobile radars production programs.  The Production Radar Leads will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to deliver the latest prototype radars to the US Army. This position requires both tactical and strategic planning skill sets in a rapid environment with constant change, action to grow manufacturing throughput and on time delivery across multiple supply chain and manufacturing facilities. This position requires proficiency in leading production type programs, dynamic problem solving, leading cross functional teams, effective communications, and driving results across a diverse supply base. An optimal candidate will have experience in team building, maintaining and growing customer relationships, improving affordability, and implementing continuous improvement. Additional future responsibilities will be to transition to a formal Program of Record (DD250) production program and support of upcoming FMS production activities.

What You Will Do

Accountability for profit and loss, AOP and financial metrics for contract scope. Collaborating with engineering, supply chain, operations, and quality stakeholders to increase product, supplier, factory, and quality performance through developing and executing product roadmap plans. Developing and executing strategies that improve system cost and delivery timelines Maintain a positive team dynamic and supporting the development of team leaders and members. Establishing battle rhythm to reduce program risk, improve affordability (average unit production cost) and enable future growth. Collaborating with partner Development Program Managers to align on latest development improvements and OCONUS findings and implement into Production lines. Establish strong working relationship with USG counterparts, which include the US Army customer and technical teams. Supporting proposal activities for follow-on work as required.

Qualifications

You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Mathematics and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR an Advanced degree and 5 years of relevant experience 6 years of experience to include managing LRIP/Production programs that either transitioned or in the process of transitioning to production
