1. Own the LIVE performance of assigned top creators, including Live GMV, LIVE hours, and conversion metrics; 2. Build and execute weekly and monthly growth plans for assigned creators; 3. Diagnose performance gaps across traffic, assortment， pricing, content quality, and LIVE cadence; turn insights into clear action plans; 4. Support creators in developing strong LIVE strategies: POI selections, product bundles, and limited-time offers; 5. Lead planning and execution for campaign lives, mega live events, and merchant-led livestream activations; 6. Surface creator feedback and data insights to improve platform tools and LIVE capabilities.
