Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman’s Space Sector is seeking a Quality Analyst – Level 3 to join our team in Chandler, AZ. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.     Develops, maintains, and audits quality evaluation and control systems to ensure materials, products, and documentation meet internal and customer requirements. Collaborates cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Program Management, and Operations to design and analyze acceptance processes, implement corrective actions, and drive data‑driven improvements to quality and business KPIs. May specialize in areas such as design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, QMS compliance, inventory control, or field operations, while leveraging strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively at all levels of the organization. This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off. In this job, you will: Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and program management functions to ensure quality standards are in place. Design and analyze product acceptance processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducting quality assurance tests; and performing statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications. Audit quality systems for compliance deficiencies and implement corrective actions. Ensure that documentation and products are compliant with internal and customer requirements. May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, QMS compliance, inventory control and/or field operations as they apply to product or process quality. Develop and implement corrective actions in collaboration with Operations and Engineering. Develop, track and improve Quality and business KPIs with a data driven approach to problem solving. Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work with others at all levels of the organization Other duties as assigned    Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of professional experience – OR – Master’s degree with 3 years of professional experience – OR – PhD with 1 year of professional experience.  Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree. Requires an active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application, current and within scope Experience investigating failures and leading root cause analysis activities. Experience operating in and maintain Quality Management Systems, ISO9001/AS9100 preferred. Ability to travel up to 25%   Preferred Qualifications:    Experience working with flight hardware and range safety environments a plus. Knowledge of Quality Control software, Cost Point, and MES systems
