Technical Program Manager, GPU System Engineering

Oracle Hardware Division is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer and Technical Program Manager to lead GPU and CPU server platform development and implementation in collaboration with external manufacturers and NVIDIA and AMD engineering teams. This role combines hardware systems engineering expertise with technical program management responsibilities, supporting complex server hardware products from development through validation and production delivery. In this role, you will: Apply GPU and CPU system engineering expertise to hardware integration, validation, and production readiness. Lead assigned hardware development programs, coordinating engineering requirements, schedules, technical dependencies, and deliverables. Collaborate with Oracle hardware, software, and cloud engineering teams, GPU and CPU suppliers, and external manufacturing partners. Drive cross-functional engineering execution through technical credibility, collaboration, and influence. Work autonomously on moderately complex assignments, leading projects and processes that contribute to team and organizational goals.
