WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH You’ll join Bain’s Market Reputation team in our Mexico City office, working in an international, diverse, and collaborative environment with a strong focus on learning, development, and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to work with the marketing team, Bain partners across our regional offices, and a range of internal and external stakeholders. WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM As an Intern in LatAm Market Reputation, you’ll support a variety of marketing and reputation-building activities across the region, with a particular focus on Mexico. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience while developing your communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills in a collaborative environment. WHAT YOU’LL DO Your responsibilities will include: Update and maintain our LatAm CRM database, with a focus on Mexico, including researching contacts relevant to our relationships Support the analysis of results and preparation of reports for internal indicators Collaborate with the marketing team, partners in regional offices, and internal and external stakeholders Support the execution of multi-sector content events for senior audiences, in both virtual and in-person formats Coordinate with external suppliers Support event invitations, including mailings and RSVP management Take on additional responsibilities and learning opportunities as you gain experience in the role ABOUT YOU We’re looking for a student who is excited to learn, contribute, and grow as part of the team. You: Are currently between the 4th and 6th semester of a bachelor’s degree in public relations, journalism, business/administration, marketing, or another area Are fluent in English Have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Have good writing skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills Bring a can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team Have a strong focus on learning and development Are available to work from our Mexico City office at least two days per week
