ANALYST L2   The responsibilities will include:

Review incoming quote requests from representatives via CRM or emails. Analyze representatives’ requirements and specifications to create a quote. Utilize pricing guidelines and tools to generate accurate quotes. (Sales Force (SFDC), EBS Oracle, Admin Portal etc.) Collaborate with sales, EUC deal Team, DMT and pricing teams as needed to validate quote details when need it. Review feedback from representatives or customers on existing renewal quotes. Check for appropriate required approvals, if necessary, when a revision is created. Analyze reasons for quote revisions (e.g., pricing adjustments, changes). Communicate revisions to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner. ͏
