Our process chemists team up with engineers, analysts, crystallization, and safety experts to design the best manufacturing process. These teams work closely together with the pilot plants and bridge with commercial production. New chemical processes are developed meeting stringent requirements concerning safety, environment, technology, economy, and quality. As a result of these endeavors, drug candidates are accelerated through the development pipeline by enabling sufficient supplies of active ingredient in support of clinical trials, registration and finally commercialization.   You will be responsible for: Inventing the best possible process and to support the project during the different stages of development.   Providing strong scientific expertise, independence, and active laboratory work.   Focusing on inventing new chemistry towards new Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients and translating this chemistry into a process that can be performed in a robust, sustainable and safe way in a large-scale manufacturing plant. Qualifications/Requirements Education: A minimum of a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry or a related field with 4+ years of professional experience in process chemistry or a related area or a PhD with 2+ years of experience is required, preferably with post-doctoral experience.   Experience and Skills: Required: Strong scientific foundation in organic chemistry and chemical process development.   Passion for laboratory science and hands-on experimental work.   Demonstrated ability to independently design, implement, and interpret scientific experiments.   Strong technical proficiency in chemical process development and problem solving.   Excellent oral and written communication skills, fluent in English.   Ability to plan, coordinate, and prioritize multiple activities efficiently.   Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.   Dedication to safety, quality, and compliance standards.   Preferred: High level of scientific initiative and independent thinking.   Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.   Expertise in modern analytical and laboratory
