" Job Description & Summary: We are looking for a seasoned   Responsibilities:     · Provide day-to-day functional and production support for Kyriba   · Resolve payment failures, data format issues, and GL entries not exported to Oracle   · Support R2R production processes and treasury-related operations   · Perform end-to-end payment testing and validation   · Support GL/FAH integration and interface issue resolution   · Coordinate with treasury, finance, ERP, and technical teams for incident resolution   · Support enhancements, testing, and change requests   · Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles     Mandatory skill sets:       · 3 to 5 years of experience in Kyriba support, treasury systems support, or finance systems support   · Good understanding of treasury operations, payments, and R2R processes   · Experience with payment processing, file format issues, and Oracle integration   · Knowledge of GL/FAH integration and production support activities   · Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools       Preferred skill sets:       Graduates in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or Sciences   MBA / PGDM in Finance / Accounting / Management    Functional troubleshooting , Incident management         Years of experience required:           3 to 5 Years   Education qualification:     BE/B.Tech/MBA /MCA /M.Tech / Finance Degree   Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering, MBA (Master of Business Administration), Master of Engineering Degrees/Field of Study preferred: Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified) Required Skills Salesforce CPQ Optional Skills
