JOB SCOPE : Drive analytical roadmaps and metrics for the marketing team using statistical and BI tools, including but not limited to SAS, Qliksense and Power BI. Constantly explore new technologies to lead the team into advanced analytics. Work collaboratively with senior stakeholders in the analytics infrastructure and ecosystem to facilitate marketing, underwriting and management team in driving business analytics and strategy. Perform data mining and correlation analysis to discover marketing opportunities and communicate the findings and recommendation to the business stakeholders to support and influence strategic and marketing decisions, project initiatives. Leading a team of analysts in interpreting and transforming systems variables in enhancing business analytics, forecasting, management reporting, business planning and data consumption for strategic decision management. Drive a culture of data-driven marketing through evangelism of self-service platform usage (such as Qliksense) and ensuring robust and timely data are made available for various stakeholders so that they can use the appropriate data to make impactful decision. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting business centers to move towards: Knowledge based management on effective use of information Implementation of key value driver measurement continuum Utilization of decisional analytics models To provide expertise in the introduction of marketing programs by assisting in the development of test designs, analysis and benchmarking processes: Product profitability assessment Statistical significance testing Variance analysis Impact and consequential analysis Development and implementation of analytics models to support business strategies and value creation: Market behavioral models Life cycle models Sensitivity modeling & analysis Time series and forecasting models Optimization and cost-risk-benefit models QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS : Bachelors with at least 2nd class upper of equivalent or Masters degree in quantitative background from a reputable university Solid experience in operations, MIS and systems management and banking/insurance marketing , advanced analytics At least 9 years in-depth managerial experience in banking industry, concentration in marketing, finance and credit exposure will be an added advantage Awareness of consumer, and commercial products and market trends Experienced in SAS , R, Hadoop , Qliksense. Experienced in practical application and deployment of analytical models such as propensity and segmentation models is an added advantage Prudential is an equal opportunity employer.
