The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a high-calibre Senior / Supervising Associate to join the Clients & Industries (C&I) team supporting MENA Tax & Law, in a permanent Markets Operations and Business Development role. This position offers exposure to senior MENA Tax leadership and the opportunity to support strategic, markets-focused priorities that accelerate growth across the business. You will work across teams, accounts and geographies to strengthen pipeline management, deliver market initiatives, support priority accounts, and improve operational processes through data, AI and automation. Your key responsibilities

MENA Tax priorities: Support the MENA Tax Leader and Tax COO in delivering markets-focused priorities and strategic initiatives. High-growth tax solutions: Help accelerate growth across priority tax solutions and key areas of the business. Tax themes: Support go-to-market initiatives addressing tax policy, sustainability, and the impact of emerging technologies on clients, helping teams bring relevant solutions to market. Sales pipeline management: Drive the accurate recording, maintenance, and monitoring of sales opportunities in CRM Dynamics. Deal review: Coordinate and support the deal review process, ensuring timely follow-up and effective stakeholder engagement. Account-focused support: Support priority accounts, high-growth sectors, and strategic targets through internal account planning, client forums, and conferences. Regional support: Support campaigns, promote leading practices, and collaborate with teams across MENA and the wider EMEIA region. Adoption of leading practices: Develop, maintain, and monitor guidance materials and resources for client-facing teams, while supporting internal learning initiatives and conferences. Stakeholder reporting: Prepare and present status updates, business performance insights, and initiative reporting to MENA Tax leadership. AI and automation: Identify opportunities to use AI, Microsoft Copilot, and automation to improve current and future processes.

Ideally, you'll also

Have 4-6 years of experience in business development, markets, sales operations, account management, pursuit management, or a related commercial function. Have experience managing sales pipelines, opportunities, or account information through a CRM platform, ideally Microsoft Dynamics. Be comfortable preparing reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership updates. Have experience working in a regional, matrixed, or professional services environment. Demonstrate an interest in tax market trends, emerging technologies, sustainability, and wider business
