About this role
As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.
Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
TikTok Shop is an innovative new commerce platform that is redefining the way people discover and shop online. Through seamless in-app shopping experiences, we enable sellers, creators, and communities to drive real commercial value.
The MAI (Merchant Acquisition & Incubation) team's primary objective is to onboard sellers at scale and incubate them to the next level of growth through scalable initiatives in the Spain market. As a Partnership Intern, you will support partner operations, including financial settlement, product requirements, and process optimization, to enhance partner and merchant experience through structured, data-driven improvements.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.
Responsibilities: - Support partner financial settlement, including reconciliation, invoice preparation, payment tracking and handling of exceptions or discrepancies. - Ability to pitch a clear, repeatable value proposition for why it makes sense for them to bring sellers to TikTok Shop, without needing to turn all of those agencies into full TikTok Shop Partners. - Collaborate cross-functionally with local operations, partner teams, and agencies to support seller acquisition initiatives — helping coordinate outreach campaigns, share data insights, and track progress from planning to execution. - Assist with onboarding new partners and supporting commercial discussions: prepare materials, consolidate meeting notes, compare key terms and follow up on internal approvals and contract execution. - Perform additional ad-hoc tasks as needed.
