Payments - Executive Director - APAC FinTechs & Digital Assets Sector Lead

JPMorganChase is hiring a senior Executive Director to lead the APAC FinTech, third-party payment processor (TP3), and virtual asset service provider (VASP) sector franchise as these markets expand.

The role will define and execute regional strategy, drive new client acquisition and portfolio growth, strengthen senior client relationships, and deliver Payments capabilities such as cash management, liquidity, foreign exchange, and information management solutions. This is a highly visible leadership position requiring a proven sector leader and originator who can set direction, build and develop high-performing teams, influence senior stakeholders across markets, and uphold strong risk and control discipline. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of the APAC ecosystem, a strong regional network, and the credibility to represent the firm with clients, regulators, industry bodies, and internal governance forums.
