Lead Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Testing Operations Provide leadership and direction to Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, and Test Operations teams. Drive a culture focused on safety, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to achieve plant objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs). Drive Operational Excellence Lead initiatives that improve safety, quality, productivity, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency. Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles and structured problem-solving methodologies to eliminate waste and improve processes. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, identifying opportunities to improve manufacturing effectiveness and reduce the cost of nonconformance. Ensure customer requirements are consistently achieved through robust testing processes and performance validation. Oversee Maintenance & Facilities Manage all plant maintenance activities, repairs, equipment upgrades, and facility improvement projects. Develop and implement strategies to improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational performance. Coordinate and manage external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and cost effectively. Support New Product Introduction (NPI) Lead manufacturing readiness activities for New Product Introduction (NPI) programs. Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Quality teams to develop manufacturing processes, machining capabilities, assembly methods, plant layouts, tooling strategies, cost estimates, and standard operating procedures. Ensure successful product launches through effective planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination. Develop and Inspire Teams Build organizational capability through coaching, mentoring, performance management, and employee development. Foster an engaging and inclusive work environment that promotes accountability, recognition, and professional growth. Establish credibility and effectively influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, operations, maintenance, or a related industrial environment. Previous leadership experience supervising teams in a manufacturing setting. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and operational improvement techniques. Demonstrated success driving safety, quality, productivity, and cost-improvement initiatives. Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.

Experience leading Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, Reliability, or Continuous Improvement teams. Knowledge of Manufacturing-to-Order (MTO) environments. Experience supporting performance or product testing operations. Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or
