Role
Overview: Drive the successful delivery of complex, high impact technical programs that power scalable customer experience solutions across a global cloud platform. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and analytics, shaping how data driven insights translate into platform performance, innovation, and measurable business outcomes. At Genesys, you will contribute to transforming how organizations engage with customers through AI powered, cloud native technologies that operate at enterprise scale. You will own program execution end to end while influencing strategy, aligning cross functional stakeholders, and accelerating delivery across a rapidly evolving analytics ecosystem. This role offers direct exposure to platform level initiatives, advanced cloud architectures, and opportunities to expand into broader technical leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Own end to end delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and measurable outcomes Drive cross functional collaboration between engineering, product, and analytics teams to accelerate delivery and remove execution blockers Lead program planning and execution, optimizing resource allocation, timelines, and delivery predictability at scale Influence technical and operational strategy by aligning stakeholders around priorities, risks, and dependencies Implement scalable program management frameworks that improve efficiency, transparency, and delivery velocity Analyze program performance using data driven insights to improve outcomes, reduce risk, and enhance execution quality Proactively identify risks and dependencies, driving mitigation strategies that protect delivery timelines and platform performance Communicate program status, impact, and outcomes to senior stakeholders with clarity and precision Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Technical Project Management within high growth or cloud based environments Proven track record delivering complex, cross functional technical programs on time and within scope Strong understanding of cloud technologies, distributed systems, and modern software architectures Demonstrated ability to work across engineering, product, and analytics teams in a fast paced environment Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels Strong analytical and problem solving capabilities with a data driven mindset Experience managing competing priorities while maintaining focus on high impact outcomes Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within analytics or data driven product environments Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software development practices Programming or scripting experience that supports technical fluency Experience in telecommunications, cloud communications, or related industries Exposure to large scale SaaS platforms or enterprise systems Benefits That Support You: We invest in your well-being, because when you’re at your best, so are the experiences you create.
