Job Overview
The Senior Analyst will support the governance and oversight of LPL Financial’s offshore operations, specifically with vendor partners Mphasis, Cognizant, and EY across Bangalore, Pune, and Mangalore, India. This role serves as a liaison between offshore teams and internal stakeholders across Operations, Trading, Compliance, Legal, and Service. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and time zones. Roles & Responsibilities: Governance & Oversight Monitor and report on SLA and KPI adherence across offshore engagements. Support risk oversight and audit readiness activities. Assist in maintaining SOPs, training documentation, and process manuals. Vendor Relationship Management Coordinate with offshore vendor teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services. Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions. Track and manage staffing levels, invoicing, and contract compliance. Operational Support Analyze value delivery and identify opportunities for process improvement. Support project management efforts related to offshore initiatives. Assist with travel coordination and logistics for offshore team visits. Stakeholder Engagement Communicate effectively with internal business units and key stakeholders. Provide timely updates and insights to leadership on offshore performance and issues. What are we looking for? Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in operations, vendor management, or business analysis. Experience working with offshore teams Core Competencies: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and organizational skills. Preferences: Familiarity with LPL systems and operational workflows. Exposure to SLA/KPI tracking and audit processes. Experience with project coordination or process documentation. #LI-PA Pay Range: $80,855.00 - $134,827.00 Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
