Join the Office of the Infrastructure Platforms CIO within the Business Enablement and Transformation team and you will lead high-impact initiatives and projects to solve diverse, complex, and often ambiguous problems. You will produce clear, insightful analyses and executive-ready materials to support transformation priorities and senior leadership decision-making. You will also partner closely with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and transformation teams to translate business priorities into strategy, planning and execution capabilities, governance structures, and actionable insights—driving consistent, enterprise-aligned decisions across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Lead initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement, solving complex, cross-functional problems for senior technology leaders within Infrastructure Platforms. Define strategy aligned to enterprise priorities; translate it into clear strategic options and scenarios to enable executive decision-making. An initial focus area will be workforce transformation and strategy. Prioritize a dynamic book of work—driving the highest-value items to decision or completion in a fast-changing environment. Contribute and manage senior leadership operating cadence (rhythm of the business) and governance capabilities. Own end-to-end delivery for ambiguous problem statements—from shaping hypotheses and defining target outcomes to diagnosing root causes and delivering actionable recommendations. Design, build, and socialize scalable frameworks, operating models, and roadmaps across a large, distributed organization. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into clear trade-offs, recommendations, and measurable benefits tracking in partnership with stakeholders and leadership. Use enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate project planning and risk synthesis (e.g., drafting plans, RAID, and status narratives), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements. Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for project governance artifacts and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a fast-paced environment Proactive self-starter with strong problem-solving orientation and ability to address diverse, cross-functional challenges.
